Any access to this repository or possession of the Software, whether obtained intentionally or accidentally, does not grant any rights or permissions.

PROJECTMIKU reserves the right to pursue immediate legal action in the event of any violation of this License, including but not limited to:

• Immediate injunctive relief (court-ordered prohibition of use)
• DMCA takedown notices
• Claims for damages and financial compensation
• Recovery of legal fees and enforcement costs
